The information collected is used to process orders, provide product delivery and services, process payments, answer customer enquiries and display content and customer reviews. Also to recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to you. The data is also used to improve our website and platform and assist with fraud prevention.

The complete credit card number is sent to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. Your credit card number is not stored on our databases.

If you register with i-Blossom you have access to update your personal account details at any time.
i-blossom.com.au does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use i-blossom.com.au only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under 18 you cannot purchase any of our gifts that contain Alcohol.
We also collect the following information automatically – the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and computer connection information such as browser type and version.
Most mobile devices provide users with the ability to disable location services. Most likely, these controls are located in the device’s settings menu. If you have questions about how to disable your device’s location services, we recommend you contact your mobile service carrier or your device manufacturer.
The standard view of our prices is in Australian Dollars and includes GST.
Some of our photographs have included optional products, that can be purchased, however, some photographs contain display items such as dishes, glasses etc. These are lifestyle props and are not included in the gift package unless specified.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. By using this website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Returns and credits
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform i-Blossom if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with our courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
i-Blossom will endeavour to supply the exact products ordered, however we reserve the right in some cases, such as non-availability, to provide substitute products that will be of equal or greater value.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If goods are received in a faulty or damaged condition, you are entitled to apply for an exchange, credit or refund. We cannot refund where the recipient has decided they no longer require the product.
Gifts are delivered only within Australia.
The majority of our Gifts are delivered either the same Business Day or the following Business Day. However Gifts sent to remote areas of Australia can take up to 5 Business Days to reach their destination. In some cases deliveries are only made to the nearest Post Office. Gifts are not delivered at the weekend or Public Holidays.
For same business day delivery to Sydney metropolitan, gift orders must be placed before 10AM that day.
For next business day delivery orders must be received before 2:00 PM
