At i-Blossom Quality Florist and Gift Hampers, it is our vision to deliver beautiful fresh flowers and gift hampers with a smile and sometimes even a cuddle!  We ensure our customers receive the perfect gift every time by using our own dedicated courier team who personally deliver right to your door.  We love to make every recipient feel special upon delivery, with a warm greeting, assisting with the handling of their gifts, closing front doors and even persuading dogs and cats to go back inside!

Frequently Asked Questions

SPECIFIC TIMED DELIVERIES
We aim to provide prompt delivery once we receive your order.  However, as the Sunshine Coast is a large delivery area and if you require a specific timed delivery, we recommend choosing our Priority Delivery Guarantee. This service will ensure our courier prioritizes your delivery above our standard delivery schedule with an AM or PM delivery guarantee.  You can also choose to add in an SMS confirmation once delivery has been completed.

ORDER ONLINE & PICK-UP IN STORE
Save time, order online and pick-up in-store for FREE!  Our Florist Studio is located at 114 Aerodrome Road, Marooochydore with street parking available in front of the studio or off-street parking is available and accessible from Second Avenue (entry is via the driveway behind Boardstore).  Park up near the yellow wall signed Luxury Paints.

DELIVERY TO ADDRESSES WITH NO ONE HOME
The courier may choose to leave the gift delivery with a neighbour, staff member or manager where possible and they will attach a 'Sorry we missed you' card to the recipient’s door or place into the mail box stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf.  If no one is able to accept the goods, we will leave the gift delivery in an area on the premises that we deem to be secure and out of adverse weather conditions and away from pets and wildlife.  If we are unable to leave the goods at the premises, a 'Sorry we missed you' card will be left on the recipient’s door or in the mail box asking the recipient to call us to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery or collection from the studio. If a re-delivery is required a second delivery fee will be required by the Sender or Recipient as we get charged by our couriers for the re-delivery. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the gift delivery to their workplace.

Please consider mentioning a building/business name or a land mark to allow the courier to locate your delivery address more quickly.

INCORRECT RECIPIENT DETAILS
Incomplete, incorrect addresses or phone numbers do delay our delivery schedule and drivers. If our delivery driver is inconvenienced or delayed due to incorrect delivery information being supplied by you, you may be contacted for additional compensation for time, phone calls, re-deliveries, change of address etc.

We recommend supplying as much delivery information as possible, including the Recipient’s Full Name, Business Names, Unit Names and Number, Full Street Addresses, Home, Business and Mobile Phone Numbers for the Recipient.  Sometimes our couriers are not able to access a place of residence due to the address being either a 'gated community' or not having any means to get the attention of the recipient IE no bell.  Please factor this in when making an order.  Try to make sure the recipient is home or has an alternate means of delivery.  This will allow our courier to quickly and safely deliver the beautiful gift.
